to obtain a filing certificate of any of the Master'works

You will need the following documentation:

N.2 colour photographs size 13x18 cm
N.1 colour photographs of the rear (if it contains inscriptions or other) size 13x18 cm

Description of the opera containig:
- Technique (oil,watercolour,drawing etc...)
- Support (canvas,paper,woodboard,etc....)
- Origin
- Name and addresses of proprietor
- Data for invoicing (please specify codice fiscale and partita IVA)

Along with the filing request you will also need to lodge,for secretarial rights,by non trasferable cheque or transfer order in favour of Associazione Artias ,the sum of:

Euro 150,00 (inclusive of IVA) for oils and mixed technique
Euro 100,00 ( " " ) for watercolours
Euro   50,00 ( " " ) for drawings and ceramics
